75db Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 75db platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the 75db website or using any service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

"Platform" refers to the 75db website, its mobile version, and all gaming services operated under it. "User" or "Player" refers to any person registered on the platform.

75db reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect from the moment they are published, and continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on the 75db platform and use any gaming service, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old.
• You must be legally capable of receiving gaming services.
• You are agreeing to these Terms of your own free will and with full legal capacity.
• Your user account is not subject to any prior ban or restriction.

2.2 Information Provided During Registration

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a direct breach of the Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

75db may request relevant documents from a user for identity verification at any time. The platform reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or certain benefits until verification is complete.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• 75db will not be liable for any loss resulting from account access by a third party.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, log out of your account after each session.
• 75db reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited on the 75db platform through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
• All successful deposits will be reflected in your account balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The withdrawal amount will be returned via your original deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been completed.
• For large withdrawal amounts, additional verification may be required if identity verification has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who open an account on 75db for the first time are eligible for a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applied to the bonus amount only.

It is not possible to withdraw the bonus portion before the wagering requirement is completed. 75db reserves the right to reduce wagering contributions on specific games or restrict the use of bonuses.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please read the details on the relevant page.
• A bonus applies to one account only and is non-transferable.
• 75db reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected or fraudulent bonus claiming.
• Misuse of bonuses may result in permanent account closure.

6 Gaming Rules

The 75db platform offers live casino, slot games, sports betting, and a variety of other game types. Each game or betting market has its own applicable rules.

• All game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a genuine live dealer.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, 75db will attempt to refund the relevant bet amount.
• 75db is not responsible for game losses caused by loss of internet connection.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or software error in a game is strictly prohibited.
• The final decision on accepting bets in sports betting rests with 75db, and the right to cancel a bet is reserved.

7 VIP Program

The 75db VIP program has four tiers. Each tier unlocks more benefits as you move up:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback and priority support.
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback and special offers.
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback and the highest level of benefits.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on a player's overall activity and engagement with the platform. 75db reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 75db platform:

• Opening an account in the name of a minor or playing on their behalf.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software bots, automated betting systems, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
• Registering using false identification or another person's details.
• Conducting fraudulent promotions using the platform's name or brand.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure Initiated by the User

Any user may close their account at their own request. To do so, please contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals must be settled before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure Initiated by the Platform

75db may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of the Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

10 Limitation of Liability

75db always strives to provide a safe, reliable, and uninterrupted service. However, 75db is not liable for the following:

• Losses in games or bets caused by internet connection issues.
• Errors from third-party service providers or software suppliers.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.
• Problems with the user's own device or network.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account.

In any circumstance, 75db's total liability will never exceed the original amount you deposited in the relevant transaction.
